My Xuyen Corp offers the following Returns Policy:

General products can be returned within 14 days of purchase but a 20% restocking will apply.  Defective products can only be exchanged for the same within 30 days.  After 30 days, products can only be repaired based on warranty.  A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).   Please obtain a Return Authorization(RA#) by email or phone and affix it to the outside of your return packages.

Items that are not returnable and not covered under above policy:

We do not accept returns for cell phones, electronic dictionaries, CDs, and DVDs.
